Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Not Another Monday account and the data associated with it at any time. Here’s exactly how, and what happens next.

Delete in the app

The quickest way. It takes under a minute and happens immediately.

    Open Not Another Monday
    On your iPhone or Android device
  2. 2
    Sign in to your account
    With Apple or Google, as usual
  3. 3
    Go to the Profile tab
    The “Me” icon at the bottom right
  4. 4
    Scroll to Delete account
    At the bottom of your profile
  5. 5
    Select Delete account
    You’ll be asked to confirm
  6. 6
    Confirm permanent deletion
    Your account and data are deleted straight away
Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Can’t access the app?

Request deletion by email instead. Where possible, send it from the email address linked to your account.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a manual request, to protect your account and personal information.

Only want to remove some things?

You don’t have to delete everything. In the app you can individually:

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the data associated with it, including:

Account credentials Profile information Habit & streak history Journal entries Mood history Progress photos Body measurements Weight history Fasting history Accountability partner connections Nudges you have sent

Backup retention

Your active account and data are deleted immediately. Routine database backups may briefly hold copies for up to 7 days, then are purged automatically.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t necessarily cancel an active subscription. Check and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.

What may be kept

Records of subscription purchases held by Apple, Google and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) may be retained as their financial and legal obligations require. We keep no other personal data.
