Not Another Monday is developed by Chooky Chasing Life. This Privacy Policy explains what information Not Another Monday collects, why we collect it, how it is used and stored, and the choices you have regarding your information.
We believe your personal information should remain yours. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your information for advertising.
1Information we collect
Account and profile information
When you create an account or set up your profile, we may collect:
- Email address
- Full name
- Birthday
- Height
- Weight
- Wellness goals
- Preferred habits
We also receive an authentication identifier when you choose to sign in using Google or Apple.
Health and fitness information
Not Another Monday allows you to track information including steps, body weight and hydration. If you choose to grant permission, this information may be synced through Apple HealthKit on iOS or Health Connect on Android.
Connecting a health service is optional. You can use Not Another Monday and enter your information manually without connecting Apple HealthKit or Health Connect.
Location and workout route information
The iOS version of Not Another Monday declares a location permission because some workouts synced from Apple Health may already contain route information. Not Another Monday does not otherwise request, continuously track or use your location.
Progress photos
You may choose to upload progress photos. These photos are stored securely in cloud storage associated with your account and are visible only to you. They are not visible to accountability partners or other users.
Tracking and journal information
Depending on the features you use, we may store information such as:
- Habit completion history
- Streaks
- Journal entries
- Mood ratings
- Fasting session history
- Body measurements
- Weight history
Notifications and device information
If you enable notifications, Not Another Monday stores a device token so that notifications and reminders can be sent to your device.
Website waitlist
If you join the Android waitlist on notanothermonday.com, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name. We use them only to email you when Not Another Monday is available on Google Play.
Waitlist emails are managed with MailerLite. You’ll be asked to confirm your address before you’re added, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time.
2Accountability partners
Not Another Monday allows users to connect with accountability partners. An accountability partner may see limited information including your overall streak and public stats. Partners can also send and receive short, pre-set encouragement notifications.
Accountability partners cannot see your:
- Journal entries
- Progress photos
- Weight
- Body measurements
- Fasting history
- Other private personal information
You can remove an accountability partner at any time.
3Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and the relevant app store. Not Another Monday does not receive or store your credit card or other payment-card details.
The app receives information about whether your account currently has an active subscription entitlement so that the appropriate features can be made available to you.
4How we use your information
We use information collected through Not Another Monday to:
- Provide and operate the app
- Save and synchronise your information across your devices
- Track habits, streaks and other information you choose to record
- Generate personalised insights based on your own tracking history
- Provide accountability-partner features
- Send reminders and notifications you have enabled
- Manage access to free and subscription features
- Maintain the security and functionality of the service
Your personal information is not sold and is not used for advertising. Not Another Monday does not contain an advertising SDK.
5Third-party services
Not Another Monday uses third-party service providers to operate particular parts of the service. These include:
These providers may process information necessary to perform their respective services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.
6Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information stored and transmitted through Not Another Monday. All network traffic between the app and its online services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information entrusted to us.
7Your control over your data
Not Another Monday includes controls that allow you to manage and remove your information. You can:
- Delete individual progress photos
- Delete individual journal entries
- Remove an accountability partner
- Delete your entire account and its associated data

Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. See Delete your account for full details.
8Data retention and account deletion
When you delete your account, the active account and associated personal information are deleted immediately.
Routine database backups may temporarily contain copies of previously stored information for up to 7 days after deletion. These backup copies are automatically purged as part of the normal backup-retention process.
If you cannot access the app and need to request account deletion, you may contact us using the support address below. We may need to verify your identity before processing a manual deletion request.
9Children’s privacy
Not Another Monday is intended for users aged 13 years and older. The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
10Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Not Another Monday changes, when our service providers change, or when required to reflect legal or regulatory requirements. When the policy is updated, the revised version will be published with a new “Last updated” date.
